Xun is a former fund lawyer previously at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP. She advised Ada in its set up and joined the firm as it deployed its first fund. She leads the impact practice alongside leading firm operations. She works closely with the portfolio on their internal impact practice and ESG.
